Our condo is small group friendly, spacious, comfy, has INCREDIBLE views, a private balcony & private beach access to the powdery white sand and emerald waters of Panama City Beach, FL. Get your vacation off to a hassle free start at Southern Lights PCB! Park in our parking ramp & go directly to your condo, no waiting at a desk to get your vacation under way! You'll love all of the amenities that Laketown Wharf Resort has to offer; beach access, stunning gulf views, 5 unique pools, 2 hot large hot tubs, a fully equipped fitness center, on site dining options, ample parking...and sooo much more! Renter must be at least 21 to book.

About the Owner

We are a North Dakota couple who chose to purchase a place on one of the most amazing beaches we've seen. Plus we fell in love with the emerald waters of the Gulf. Mike is the person you will interact with most and he handles most of the communication.
